You still on this? ASU gets local talent all the time. Talent is not the reason why ASU don't win in the playoffs. It is coaching!
The article clearly says "former Tift County and Georgia's football player."
Alot of athletes has to attend JUCos because of their grades. Sometimes, some athletes attend JUCOs because they didn't get no Division 1 Scholarships and they want to play at the 2 year schools so they can get a chance to play at a Division 1 school. Oh yeah, this is not a local problem...alot of athletes has problems like this... Trent Brown went to a 2 year school and he is playing for the Univerity of Florida right now.
ASU does not play top notch GSC or SAC teams every year. ASU needs to win playoff games on a consistent basis but they can't seem to do that! LOL!
ASU has only three playoff wins in their history while VSU has three National Titles!
I am typing on a phone. I can care less if you worrying about somebody else grammar when you ain't getting paid to correct anybody. Get off my nuts and worry about yourself.
Alot of players go through this! Everybody doesn't have no 3.0 grade point average. There are plenty of players who went to junior college and they had received major Division 1 scholarships after their two years was up. It isn't no big deal...
Why are y'all so negative? There are plenty of kids that don't have the grades to attend a 4 year school. At least, they got a junior college scholarship and they may get a chance to play at a 4 year school in the near future.
Avg 17 points in the NBA is good because you are playing against the best players in the world! There are alot of players that don't last in the NBA for one second. Hell, only three Albany's players had played in the NBA and they only had played for three years in the NBA. Josh Smith is a very good player and he will play for a long time in the NBA. Stop hating!
