We also need to prevent pet overpopulation with free/discounted spay/neutering in the area. Does anyone know of any such assistance, especially for low income families? If so, please share. Sometimes vet schools can send a mobile unit for a day. Can anyone contact them to swing by?
I'm all for year round schools. The kids do better academically, have better nutrition, better retention and are better behaved than the kids in the other schools(in the state where i lived)
To attract businesses and for a community to thrive, it must have good schools, parks, and libraries. But it also needs funding. It is counterproductive to campaign against SPLOST; rather a campaign is needed to RAISE funds for the libraries. Who will do it and how?
