You are a good sport Dr. Cooper. I think WG&L is the major contributor in the poor quality of life for Albany citizens. They should be in the water business only!! Private companies should handle the gas and lights. I sure enjoy Georgia Power.

I read a report that Dougherty County was listed as number 10 for poverty. I can believe they have 82 percent free and reduce lunch. Title 1 director get your documentation together and send it to the state. Remember you have to be twice as efficient as other people. This reminds me so much of Dr. Culberth's time as lead educator in DCSS and once he handed the responsibility over to Dr. Whatley no more reports of missing are inappropriate funds. Now you have Dr. Murfree and it goes again.
