Um, Jacob, atheists and agnostics (those who do not profess to know, like me) will have to wait until we are dead to know. Atheists know we are not here to stay but believe we become dead, just dead. No pearly gates, no open arms, just worms and body gases. Agnostics know they may be wrong and are quite open about saying so; those who are blinded by a light cannot even fathom that they may be wrong. Maybe it is the believers who will be surprised.
