Don't get me started on "The Scammer". The same guy has approached most everybody in and around our building with the same old story...daughter took all his money, shows a zero balance ATM receipt, car's parked on side of by-pass, church won't help him, yadayadayada. Don't bother to call the police, one girl at the DCPD accused me of stalking the scammer because I have seen him so many places and told her the stories of some of the others he's approached, I work close to the Mall and run errands at lunch or pick up lunch.. I ALWAYS speak and you should see him haul butt! People give him money because he is clean and "doesn't appear to be on anything" as one lady said. Yeah, he left his house that morning with the intent to scam. Somebody who truly needs help may not get any because of his sorry butt.
