There are five subsections to the DUI statute. DUI Less Safe is often used when the person refuses a state-administered test or when the test results are below a .08. And yes you can be charged with DUI below a .08; there just has to be other evidence of impairment. Any DUI charge can be later amended if blood/breath/urine show some other appropriate charge. You can be charged and convicted of DUI of a prescription medication. The prescription is not a defense. You may legally possess the drug, but if it causes you to be impaired, you are DUI. An explanation, it is legal to possess Jack Daniels, but if you consume so much that you are impaired and drive, you have committed a DUI. Same thing with the prescription drug, you legally possess it but if it causes you to be impaired while you are driving you are DUI.

Certainly we have sincere thoughts for those injured and don't want to make light of it. However, where is the outrage and call for "bus" control; if we outlaw buses there will be no bus tradedies. Buses, like guns, are simply objects that do not act on their on. If an incompetent/insane/criminal person operates a bus bad things will happen, same with guns.

Typical foolish liberal blather. Our pompos, petulant Prez. is showing another level to his incompetence. We do not have a problem with enough revenue coming in; we have a problem of corrupt, inefficient, wasteful spending by everyone at the federal level. Return the federal government to its intended limited purpose. As long as a significant number of people vote for the candidate that provides them with the most free stuff, this is what we get. Maybe we are beyond the point of a rational, individually responsible citizenry and on the way to a Greece-like parasitic, entitlement-addicted culture. If so, God help our Republic, the present administration surely won't.

At every wedding reception I go to those great songs are what is played by the band/DJ. They are the true feel-good party songs for every generation. What person does not jump up and dance whenever "Shout" is played; no matter the age or what genre of music they claim to like? I agree that the thought of rap becoming the golden oldies is a frightening, degenerate thought.
