Player of the year should be decided by the sports writers based on on-the-field performance. Leaving it to the public just turns it into a ballot-stuffing popularity contest, which is what is happening now which cheapens it for all the nominees.
It definitely does seem that shenanigans are afoot with the poll. It's sad because cheating cheapens the competition for all of the nominees and these boys all deserve better.
Congratulations to all the players for a great year. You all are winners in my opinion.
So Chris Brown basically gets a touchdown every 3rd time he touches the ball. That's insane.
The stats alone tell you that Chris Brown is the clear choice here, hands down.
