You don't think they will come back if they have to give Phoebe $192 million back. I don't know myself, they might not even have to give it back, but I kinda think Phoebe covered their rear in case of such an occurance.

Amazed, you must of knew him. He didn't use an engineer to show him what needed to be done. He just done it the way he wanted to. That's why they are going to have to fix most of the things he did. Even the new stairs he put in are not up to code. Nothing he started is finished.

At least we don't have any like in S.F. they go around completely naked. They passed a law there if they ride the bus or sit on the park benches they have to have a towel. Talk about gross.

I know someone that worked a party for some of the Phoebe nurses. I can't remember which dept. but I think it was the ICU nurses. She said that was the wildest bunch she ever bartended for.

PP bought that place a good while back it's been at least a year. I drew the structural drawings for the building YW&M were the architects. It was an expensive place to build with the double arched bar joists & rolled beams. I heard it costs around $2,000 each to get the beams rolled & arched. If I remember correctly it had a radius of around 110 feet.
