That's one of the reasons Albany has such a high pedestrian casualty rate. The parents don't teach their children how to safely cross a street.

The manufacturing part of the vo school is located across the street also. I don't know if it's changed or not. They use to teach plastic injection molding over there, if my memory is correct.

I knew a man that taught math at Albany Tech. Back then he had over 160 students taking math to bring up their ability to high school level. He gave them an easy test trying to bring up their GPA so they could keep their Hope scholarship. He told me they couldn't even do 5th grade math, decimals & fractions.

They need to pass a law these so called non profits can't move their money & corporations to the Cayman Islands. If they're American non profits they ought to keep their money in U.S. banks.

Downtown Bank of America is leaving also either this month or next. I got a letter to that effect about 3 or 4 months ago. I used that bank, I liked it better than the one across from the mall.
