Loran,

I'm delighted to see you are still writing these interesting and informative pieces on former Dawgs!

I had the pleasure of sitting with Guy's family, and long-time Bulldog booster, Tommy Washburn, when Guy was the featured speaker at a banquet here in Tallahassee this past spring.

Guy was articulate, humorous and motivational - and demonstrated that his talents extend far beyond the football field. His repeated references to Wayne brought back many fond memories of our years in Athens - and I'm sure his old coach was touched and honored.

Thank you for reminding me of some of the best times of my life. Hello to Myrna.
