Amazed2, I was actually thinking what you just said. However, according to his linkedin page linkedin.com/in/theaaronblair he was project manager for a 14.5 million project in florida. I would say he can handle 607k. Also, I would say if he can save 4000$ do it. ADICA may have been messed up in the past but lets give these people a chance.

Actually Bigbob Mr. Wurst has owned those buildings for a long time. They are the ugliest buildings in Downtown. Im glad to see the boarded up windows will be gone. good decision. dickyboy, I just called the downtown office for a list of approved facade grants and the current businesses approved have been open for more than 9 months from what i can tell.

Nice article. I think I kinda like this guy. I agree with fixing the surrounding neighborhoods. Looking back at 2 years ago I did not know we had 20 something less businesses. Wow. That's crazy. Seems empty now how about 20 less. I say good job
