Gobeme, seriously? Have ever gone? This is the best thing going on in this city! If you haven't been then you have no legitimate right to even make such a negative comment. There are some hard working people at this event and your negative comments only hurt them. What do you gain by being so negative. Let the hard working people trying to turn downtown around have a dang chance. Have you been mugged down there? Not fair to spread rumors of something you have never personally experienced.

Im just as concerned about watching over tax payer money as the next, but I say great job! If you attend any of these meeting you would know that ADICA is spending Tax Allocation dollars that are required to be spent Downtown. Keep up the good work!

Fights break out downtown during fireworks
Actually, Night events downtown have been very sucessful. I reguarlly attend Movies in the Park during the summer. We have never experienced an issue. We also have been attendinig the deck of arts event the City has every last friday. Never have I felt unsafe or not had an amazing time. I personally feel its unfair to say downtown is the problem.
