I think we can find a qualified teacher from within our school system that will do the Superintendents job for 90k a year saving the county a lot of money and it will help the teacher also. The other benefit is that this teacher already cares about our local community because she is a part of it.

We have the teachers with the qualifications in place- we should promote from within.
