Practically everything done in Washington is to side-track the citizens of more serious happenings. The news media are aiding and abetting those in Washington to continue with these "reality" events.
Sadly, just as the voters prior to the 2010 election of the House of Representatives mistakenly thought by having a house of predominantly republicans things would improve on the economic front, should be rightly disappointed. If President Obama win the election or if Gov. Romney should be the victor on Nov. 6, things will not measurably improve in this Republic. This nation have sold itself to the devil and it is not likely to reap anything short of chaos. Stay tuned.
Last time I took stock, the members in the House and Senate are equally responsible for this nation being in the mess it's in. There doesn't seem to be any conservatives around.
Having lived on this earth for many years, I will readily admit, I am not nearly as knowledgeable about many things as I though I was years ago and so now, I watch and keep quiet most of the time.
It seems as though the entire world is "toxic" from the ideas, thoughts and actions that we as an intelligence species commit and permit to exist in our circle of friends/family. It is past time to remove these negative things of hatred from our behavior. If a Black man is the only one that can teach a Black child ... then they (Black man) had better become more involved because from what I see, there's much work to be accomplished.
When seemly everything goes awry, look for practically anything. It (Georgia requirement of birth certificate to license) is more likely a ploy of the Republican party to bring this in to somewhat smudge this show ID to vote issue. One thing I have learned in life in dealing with people is, there usually is an ulterior motive to what is being presented.
Sister_Ruby (sic), when white males and white people in general begin to live out the challenge Dr. King spoke of concerning the character of . . ., then we, that are of the Black race will stop thinking you White folks are working subtly to continue your bias and bigotry ways.
To even hint at vandalizing someone property because of whatever the reason, only indicate what a shallow mind you must have. I may not like a thing but if it's on private property and it is not interfering with my well-being, it's none of my business.

I believe Mark Twain said of the government, "We have the best government money can buy." We can not even say that, the way things are.
