I read recently in the Albany Herald, the "squawk of the day," dated 07/18/2012. Obama wants all citizens to be dependent on the government. He holds successful . . .
To those that think business people has made their "dough" the hard way, I am about to let you in on something that you should have been aware of a long time ago. Many corporations are on the government welfare roll. The subsidies and no-tax deals they receive can hardly be viewed as non-governmental support. In fact, the government allow them (corporations, banks, brokerage houses and all the rest to rip the uninformed American citizen of their livelihood without a peep from so-called regulators. The "Mirage" has been going on as long as this nation has been a nation. After the mid eighties the saying "greed is good" the movie, took on new legs and with the collapse of S&L's around 1989 in which the tax payers paid for the robbery that took place and the property and other valuables in which the government regulators were to keep track of, which in many cases they didn't, scoundrels made off with the People's good. Most people easily forget their history and for that reason they continue to hold on-to dreams that never was anything but a Mirage.
