Mr. Thomas Soldan is a criminal lawyer in Virginia practicing under the law firm Price Benowitz LLP since 2011. An experienced lawyer, he had worked with a document and discovery review group in Richmond, right after he had graduated from his J.D. in the University of Georgia. Missing out the true passion for court room litigation, he had gotten an employment role as an associate in a litigation firm, handling both criminal and civil cases.
As a student, he was an active one, participating in school activities. He had been a part of Special Education Clinic when he was in his undergraduate degree in B.A. Government Law and History in the Lafayette College. This group is dedicated in advocating for help for disadvantaged parents of children with special needs. Also, at that time he had been a peer mentor, helping international students in catching up and adjusting in foreign land.
He was initially employed with a discovery and document review group in Richmond, Virginia, but he was missing out on my true passion, courtroom litigation. He soon gained employment with a boutique general litigation firm in Warrenton, Virginia where he practiced in nearly every area of civil and criminal litigation. Mr. Soldan is also a sports fan, being an avid runner and a passionate baseball player himself. One of his accomplishments is being the founding member of Occoquan River Bandits Baseball Team, a franchise in Blue-Gray League, having members from all over Virginia and Columbia.
