Woolard, deceased and Patricia Sue Woolard, deceased to James B. Nutter and Company, recorded on March 12, 2008 in Deed Book 3461 at Page 69 Dougherty County, Georgia records, having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to Reverse Mortgage Funding LLC by Assignment and said Security Deed having been given to secure a note dated February 28, 2008, in the amount of $157,500.00, and said Note being in default, the undersigned will sell at public outcry during the legal hours of sale before the door of the courthouse of Dougherty County, Georgia, on August 3, 2021 the following described real property (hereinafter referred to as the "Property"): ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN THE CITY OF ALBANY, DOUGHERTY COUNTY, GEORGIA, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS ALL OF CONDOMINIUM UNIT 458, IN BUILDING 9 OF KINGSWOOD CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO A PLAT OF SAID CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 1, IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT, DOUGHERTY COUNTY, GEORGIA, TOGETHER WITH ALL RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST APPLICABLE AND APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT AS ESTABLISHED UNDER THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SAID CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 1, PAGES 1-47 DOUGHERTY COUNTY LAND RECORDS, AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED.
