Laugh loud and git-r-done with Larry the Cable Guy

VALDOSTA — World famous comedian Larry the Cable Guy will appear Saturday at Wild Adventures Theme Park in Valdosta. His show will be the second performance of the park’s 2019 All-Star Concert Series.
Larry the Cable Guy started in radio in the early 1990s and is now a stand-up comedian/actor. He is one of the top comedy entertainers in the country. Larry toured with the Blue Collar Comedy Tour for six years. The troupe also included Jeff Foxworthy, Ron White and Bill Engvall.
Footage from that tour resulted in “The Blue Collar Comedy Tour, The Movie” and the sequels, “Blue Collar Comedy Tour Rides Again” and “Blue Collar Comedy Tour, One For The Road.” The latter’s soundtrack was nominated for a Grammy.
The comedian was also the voice of the much beloved “‘Mater” in the Disney/Pixar animated feature film “Cars” and the resulting sequels. He has also starred in “Tooth Fairy 2,” “Witless Protection,” “Delta Farce,” and his first feature “Larry the Cable Guy: Health Inspector.” Also, as an acclaimed Billboard artist, Larry the Cable Guy has released multiple comedy CDs.
The comedian and his wife have established a foundation that helps children and veterans called the Git-R-Done Foundation. The foundation is the focal point for the family’s philanthropy.
The multiplatinum recording artist, Grammy nominee and Billboard Award Winner, Larry the Cable Guy will take the stage at 8 p.m. Saturday evening. Join him for the evening to git-r-done.
