3 Squares Diner, 303 E. Oakridge Drive

Score: 76, Grade: C

Violations: Observed employees beverage cups not stored in a designated area separated from food preparation and serving area. Employee disposed of the cups. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Observed food not protected from cross contamination (ready-to-eat food baked potatoes stored on the shelf with raw eggs). PIC arranged the raw foods according to cooking temperatures and placed ready to eat foods on the top shelf. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Observed Temperature Control Safety foods (tomatoes, eggs, and cheesecake being held above 41 degrees Fahrenheit. New Violation. Observed ice scoop not in a clean protected location when not in use.
