Charles Palmer-Elizabeth Lee descendants’ reunion planned Sunday

CAIRO — The 67th annual reunion of the descendants of Charles Palmer-Elizabeth Lee will be held on Sunday at the Mizpah Primitive Baptist Church located in upper Grady County off Georgia Highway 112 North here.
Organizers ask that participants start arriving at 10:30 a.m. The election of officers will begin at 11 a.m., followed by lunch in the church fellowship hall.
All family members are encouraged to attend. Each family is asked to bring a covered dish and tea, and to provide updates on family history.
