As Election Day moved inside a month away, candidates are eager to get their message to as many voters as possible. Friday evening, the Rev. Sen. Raphael Warnock took some time to greet a group of non-voters during a rally at the Thronateeska Heritage Center in Albany, the senator’s second trip here in the past month.
