LEESBURG — The cities of Leesburg and Smithville will each have one competitive race in municipal elections in the fall, with one Leesburg City Council member and Smithville Mayor Vincent Cutts each drawing a challenger.

In Smithville, Jessie Angry qualified during the August qualifying period to challenge Cutts.
