ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 23 calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Disorderly conduct on the 300 block of South Davis Street and the 2400 block of North Slappey Boulevard;

— Stalking on the 400 block of West Third Avenue;

— Entering autos on the 200 block of Glade Lane and the 2500 block of Habersham Road;

— DUI on the 700 block of West Gordon Avenue;

— Criminal trespass on the 3500 block of Habersham Road and the 1400 block of Edgerly Avenue;

— Financial transaction card fraud on the 2100 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard;

— Battery on the 300 block of South Slappey Boulevard and the 1400 block of Edgerly Avenue;

— Assault on the 700 block of West Lincoln Avenue;

— Thefts by taking on the 1700 block of Parker Avenue, the 400 block of Dorsett Avenue, the 800 block of North Slappey Boulevard, the 1400 block of Avalon Avenue, the 800 block of North Van Buren Street and the 2500 block of North Slappey Boulevard;

— Theft by shoplifting on the 2600 block of Dawson Road;

— Harassing phone call on the 1400 block of East Tift Avenue;

— Aggravated assaults on the 900 block of Oakdale Court and the 1900 block of South Skylane Drive;

— Cruelty to animals on the 1300 block of Avalon Avenue.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 10 calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Speeding auto on the 100 block of Luke Drive;

— Burglary on the 300 block of Azalea Boulevard;

— Disorderly conduct on the 100 block of South Westover Boulevard;

— Assist motorist on the 900 and the 1600 blocks of the Liberty Expressway;

— Suspicious person on the 3700 block of Fleming Road;

— Abandoned auto on the 1600 block of the Liberty Expressway;

— Traffic arrest on the 1400 block of South Mock Road;

— Unwanted guest on the 3300 block of Twin Flower Road;

— Residential alarm on the 1900 block of Covey Road.

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least three calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Power line down on the 1700 block of Cromartie Beach Drive;

— Building fire on the 1100 block of University Street;

— Smoke detector activation on the 1500 block of Colquitt Avenue.
