ALBANY — The Charity League of Albany held its 2018 Debutante Ball on Dec. 28 at Doublegate Country Club. The highlight of the evening was the presentation of the young ladies of the 2018 Albany Debutante Club. The purpose of the Debutante Club is for members to become better acquainted with the needs of the community in charitable, educational, cultural and civic areas, to respond with volunteer service and to engage in a fundraising project. Debutantes recognized included Mary Angeline Shaw, Joan Mary John Collier, Morgan Louise Fowler, Sarah Grace Perrine, Kendall Elise Daughtry, Lillian Corinne Sullivan, Amelia Pate Hancock, Olivia Ellene Bell, Mary Larkin Carden, Elizabeth Drew Boyette, Mary Morgan Dasher, Katherine Emily Durland and Alexandria Kenella Michas.
