ALBANY — Albany police arrested a man involved in an incident at the Subway restaurant on North Jackson Street just before noon Wednesday. A witness in the restaurant said the man asked for a cup, and when he told employees he did not intend to buy anything and they refused to give him a cup, he threw a display case and hit an employee.
Police officials later identified the man as David Riddle, 33, who was taken to Dougherty County Jail for disorderly conduct. No injuries were reported as a result of the incident.
