Sanford Bishop has single-largest fundraising quarter ever

ALBANY — The Sanford Bishop for Congress campaign announced recently raising more than $800,000 in the second quarter of 2022 for Bishop’s re-election efforts, the single-biggest fundraising quarter he has ever posted.

These numbers bring Bishop’s total fundraising haul this cycle to more than $1.9 million, with more than $1 million in the bank, as he heads into the general election.

“These record-breaking fundraising numbers demonstrate widespread support for Congressman Bishop’s work for the people of Georgia and our nation,” Sanford Bishop for Congress campaign manager Robert West said in a news release.
